The 42/7 programming is phenomenal. The daily WODs, strength programming, and accessory work carries over from week to week so you can track your progressions. The workouts are tough, but they include substitutions and scaling options so that it can be done by anyone on any level. As a physical therapist and strength and conditioning coach, I especially love that the workouts and warm-ups include an emphasis on the core multiple times throughout the week. I also love that the workouts can easily be done at home with basic equipment. I can’t recommend 42/7 enough! Love it!
