I have very little time to spend at the gym, but 42/7 does an incredible job of making sure I feel accomplished and strong in only 42 minutes. I am able to go out to the garage, with minimal equipment, and get in a fun, short, and challenging workout. The workouts aren’t overly complicated or involve a lot of preparation/set-up time. The easy-to-use online platform and whiteboard helps keep me motivated and there are supplementary programs I can access when I have a bit more time on a given day.

Since joining 42/7, I have allocated 42 min. of my me-time to at-home garage fitness and could not be happier.
