Not much! We recommend having a pair of dumbbells and a jump rope to start. Obviously the more equipment you have, the more varied your workouts can be, but it certainly isn’t required, especially if you’re just starting out.  You can do 99% of the workouts with a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells. Additionally, Fringe Sport has some great starter equipment packages (like this one) at a very reasonable price with FREE shipping!
Nope! We like to think that we earn your business every month. (Keep in mind, if you prepay for 3, 6, or 12 months of membership that you’ve decided to make a commitment on your own.)
Yep, for the most part! We often don’t even have the time to do all the optional programs that we make available to you. If we aren't doing the 42/7 workouts posted for the week, it's because we are testing out a new program or future workouts. 🙂
Yep! Fill out the Contact Us form and let us know what you’re interested in. Odds are, we either have a program already put together, or we can custom make one for your goals. Mike does a lot of custom programming for various athletes at our gym, so this is somewhat of a specialty of his!
For sure! As a member, you will have access to our private video library. You can view these videos two different ways. Each workout will contain links to the specific videos for the movements that day, right within the Wodify app. The other way is through the members only section of the website.
Does the pope wear a funny hat? Of course! Each day the workout is paired with a warm-up that is designed to not only get you good and warm for the workout, but it also incorporates strength and accessory work, because we’re all about efficiency!
No worries! Each day the workout will come with a detailed notes section that will tell you how to substitute certain pieces of equipment or modify certain movements.

We’re so confident that you will LOVE our workouts and enjoy interacting with the community of people doing them that we want you to see for yourself how great it is before making an investment.
We program the standard 42/7 workout every day of the week. While we fully support listening to your body and taking rest days, we structure the weekly program such that if you wanted to workout everyday, you certainly could. (We don’t program body thrashing workouts that leave you sore and destroyed everyday like other programs do.) In addition to the daily workouts, we also provide 2 days a week of strength (programmed on Tuesdays and Thursdays) as well as 3 days of our infamous “Secret Sauce” program (found in Wodify on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).
Every Sunday at 2pm we release the entire week’s program so you can plan which workouts will fit your schedule best.
Put simply, Wodify is a program that allows us to deliver workouts to you in a readily accessible way (via an app on your phone), while also providing a way for you to log your scores and see how all your fellow 42/7 members did on the workout. There’s nothing better than a little friendly competition to give you that push you need in a workout.
